I’ve been a Realtor for over 17 years and I’ve sold over $140 million of property in a wide variety of scenarios. Before that I worked in corporate sales for almost 11 years. My strengths include carefully listening to understand my client's needs, powerfully negotiating on behalf of them, and managing all of the little things to help make the process of buying or selling a home seamless.
Moving can be stressful and there are a lot of things to consider. I understand that and I will listen carefully to your concerns. I will also offer solutions to help make the process easier for you.

How will we communicate?
It’s your choice. We can text, message, talk on the phone, email or a combination of these. We can meet at your home, my office or at the Starbucks by your work. I can sit with you and sign documents in person or I can send them to you for electronic signature via Docusign. I’ll custom tailor the way I work to meet your needs.
After our transaction is complete I want you to be thrilled with the outcome and the interaction between us, so much so that you wouldn’t hesitate to contact me for you or your family and friend’s future real estate needs.
Do you own
You shouldn’t have to sweep the patio of your vacant rental unit or worry about finding a handyman to install smoke detectors. That’s why you hire me… to “handle it”. And if you want to leave the escrow package on your porch for us to pick up instead of going to the post office then that’s fine too.

You may be thinking about handyman items, painting, cleaning, new carpet, fresh landscaping, a roof tune-up or maybe even new kitchen counters or an estate sale. I’ve aligned myself with all the right people to help you. We’ll help you stage your property too.
How I work
I focus my time on service. Since beginning my real estate career in 2004 over 90% of my business has been by referral and working with people that know and trust me. That’s by design. Relationships and successful outcomes are extremely important to me, not volume. Going deep, paying attention to detail, negotiating until the end and staying in touch is what I do.
I spend my time helping my clients achieve their goals instead of doing what a lot of other agents do to generate business (cold call, door knock, hold open houses every weekend, pay for internet leads). When my clients are thrilled with my service then they tell their friends, relatives and colleagues and I get to work with great people and pour myself into them.
Where I Work
Because I work by referral the areas I serve have expanded over the years. I sell property all over Southern California with the bulk of it in the coastal communities of L.A. and Orange county.
I partner with Keller Williams Pacific Estates, the #1 KW office in California and one of the top 20 KW offices in the United States. Their stellar leadership and resources help me serve my clients best.
If you need assistance in an area that’s outside of my expertise (in CA, across the U.S. or around the world) then I’ll either partner with a great local agent or refer you to one.
