Real estate investing requires a thorough knowledge of the numbers. I will help guide you through 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, CAP rates, Gross Rent Multipliers, rehab costs, neighborhood trends and Cash Flow versus Appreciation investing. I have years of experience helping investors buy and sell houses, condos, multi-unit buildings and land.
I've personally flipped homes, had long-term rentals, custom built four homes, currently own vacation rentals and I've benefitted greatly from property ownership. I'm happy to share everything I've learned.
